Monitoring and Enforcement Panel Discussion

The panelists will discuss and share their insights into the monitoring, investigative, and enforcement processes at ERCOT, the TCEQ, and the PUCT. The panelists will discuss how their respective employers approach compliance, oversight, and enforcement, highlighting recent developments and trends that impact utilities and related industries. The session will wrap with an open Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical guidance directly from experts.
