- Approval of the nomination of Katherine Gross to serve as a member of the Section’s Council.
- Approval of the nominations of Creighton McMurray as Chair, Carsi Mitzner as Vice-Chair, and Jennifer Littlefield as Secretary-Treasurer of the Section’s Council.
August 23, 2024 Annual Meeting
At the August 23, 2024 Annual Meeting of the Public Utility Law Section, the members approved the following actions.
- Approval of the nominations of Jessie Lance Horn and Jessica Soos to serve as members of the Section’s Council.
- Approval of the nominations of Natalie Dubiel and Jamie Mauldin to serve a second consecutive term as members of the Section’s Council.
