Please join us for the Public Utility Law Section’s 2025 Annual Conference and Seminar! We will gather in-person at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas on Friday, August 22. The Annual Conference and Seminar will include practitioners and current and former appointed officials from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Texas Water Development Board, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and more! Make plans to attend this full-day program, which includes breakfast and lunch. Be a part of this exciting event!

Please join us for an engaging networking event the evening before the Annual Conference and Seminar! The Public Utility Law Section will host a networking event on Thursday, August 21 at Hotel Ella, just two blocks from the AT&T Conference Center.

Nominees for the PULS Council 2026 – Officers and New Members

As part of this program, Section Members should plan to attend the Public Utility Law Section Annual Meeting at 8:30am on Friday, prior to the CLE beginning.

The Council is pleased to announce the slate of nominees for election to serve on the Council. The following individual has been nominated to serve a three-year term beginning from the date of the Annual Meeting:

  • Katherine Gross

Additionally, the following members have been nominated to service as officers for one-year terms:

  • Creighton McMurray, Chair
  • Carsi Mitzner, Vice-Chair (Chair-Elect)
  • Jennifer Littlefield, Secretary-Treasurer
